Overview
Cefa-fe Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1416, by Dyëmëm Trîyèlëm. The establishment of Cefa-fe Dêtîkè was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Dyëmëm Trîyèlëm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Cefa-fe Dêtîkè as a prison colony.
Cefa-fe Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cefa-fe Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Cefa-fe Dêtîkè is buildings are located arround a single narrow baked earthen mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Cefa-fe Dêtîkè's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Unfortuantly, these top tier civilian fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Cefa-fe Dêtîkè has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Cefa-fe Dêtîkè ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Cefa-fe Dêtîkè as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.

POI
History
Cefa-fe Dêtîkè is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami granted the town a great harvest. One of Cefa-fe Dêtîkè's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
